About the role

In this influential role, you'll partner closely with leaders and stakeholders to identify capability and skill gaps and design high-quality learning and leadership development solutions. You'll be accountable for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of contemporary learning programs that are fit for purpose, cost-effective, and aligned with organisational strategy and compliance requirements.

You'll play a key role in shaping how our people learn, grow and lead, ensuring learning experiences are engaging, learner-centric and accessible across diverse work environments, including for Supported Employees.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Learning, Leadership and Professional Development, you will:

  • Lead the design and delivery of learning, leadership and organisational development initiatives, frameworks, strategies and projects
  • Develop and implement a Leadership Capability Framework aligned to leadership behaviours, development pathways and succession planning
  • Design, develop and facilitate leadership development programs for leaders at all levels
  • Design and implement a corporate induction program that builds connection, belonging and understanding of who we are at Endeavour
  • Lead organisational coaching and mentoring initiatives to strengthen leadership capability
  • Apply instructional design principles, adult learning theory and the 70:20:10 learning model to create high-quality learning programs, resources and tools
  • Ensure learning experiences are learner-centric, inclusive, fit for purpose and delivered through appropriate modalities and channels
  • Drive continuous improvement across learning methodologies, content, processes and tools
  • Manage multiple projects to agreed timeframes and budgets, ensuring alignment to the operational plan
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, RTOs and external vendors
  • Monitor and manage risks related to compliance, mandatory training and workforce capability
  • Ensure learning solutions are cost-effective and support organisational sustainability


What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering leadership and capability development programs within complex, service-oriented organisations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels
  • Experience developing capability frameworks, training needs analyses and end-to-end learning solutions
  • Excellent facilitation skills, both face-to-face and virtual
  • Sound knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design and blended learning approaches
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, including budget management
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Adult Education, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) highly regarded
  • Experience in disability, community, aged care or health sectors is highly regarded
